looking into CER for a customer who has 12.5 CUCM.
They are wondering if notification can be Time of Day dependant, meaning that if a 911 call is made during normal business hours, the notificationsgo to one set of people but if it is after hours, it goes to a different set.
Looking at the configuration guides, I do not think this is an oprion. Woundering if it is on the roadmap or if there is a third party that might be able to do this.
If you are talking about audio notifications, you should be able to accomplish this using Time Of Day routing in CUCM.
All that's happening with audio notifications is that CER registered CTI ports dial a number. That number could be a translation pattern with Time of Day partition that can further route the call as needed.
