Change ATA186 from SCCP to H323 on CME

Hi there,

I'll begin by apologising for the broadness of the post, I really have no idea where to go with this.

We have CME7.0 with an ATA186 running SCCP and a fax machine off it. We're having major problems with the faxing so I need to change the image to H323 (or so I'm told).

I've copied the H323 image (ata18x-v2-16-1-030709a.zup) to the flash, defined it in TFTP, changed the load in telephony-service (without the .zup extn), but it won't upgrade. Am I missing something??

Also, there are no other h323 end points on this system. Do I need to do much to get it working over h323??
