Changing Soft Keys

Is there a way to change the softkeys so when you pick up a 7960 or 7940 phone it will display "pickup" instead of say "hang up"?

To my knowledge there is not a supported way to change the softkeys yet. I think I have heard talk of it in future versions but can't remember if that is the next major version or the one after the next major version.

In the next version of CallManager after 3.2, there will be a way to change where the softkeys appear, but as far as I know, no supported way to change the text of the softkeys.
