Cisco 7912 IP Phones do not boot up

I have some 7912 IP phones that do not end its boot process. They remain with both lights on without doing anything else.

You are 100% right! Additional details provided by the Cisco engineer who spoke with me yesterday is that it is very important to check the load of the IP Phone. CP7912060000SCCP050124A is affected.
