are you using Conference bridge on Call Manager itself or are you doing DSPfarming?

I would say do a restart of IPVMS if SW CFB, or do a no sccp/sccp if HW CFB

Hey Java,

I'm having this same problem but with a 6.x Call Manager. Can the IPVMS service be restarted during business hours? Will this affect any active calls?

Greg

Only if active calls are hearing MOH, using MTP or hearing something from the annunciator.

If they're active calls not using any of the above they'll be fine

Hi Java,

I'm having a similar issue, but not exactly the same.

I'm using CUCM 8.6.2

I have 1 pub and 2 subs.

IPVMS is running on all 3 of them. All 3 of my SW CFBs  are registered (eventhough if i click on each of them, it says device is not trusted).

When i try to initiate a simple ad hoc conference with 3 users, when connecting the 3rd user, i get an immediate fast busy and the conference fails.

I tried restarting IPVMS with no luck.

Do you think the "device is not trusted" state might be an issue?

No, yours seem to be related to codec/region issues. Open a new thread for that matter.

I’ve undertaken the restart of the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App service and have noted that both conference bridges now appear to be registered and active.

We’ve completed testing and the interference seems to have gone away.

Thanks for the help Java!
