Hello All
I'm facing an issue with cisco media sense, I'm able to open the URL of cisco media sense, even if I chose the option cisco MediaSense it works fine, But If I chose the option cisco mediasense search and play after it open the page a messages that shows: searching appears and it got stuck there and never shows the recordings. Please see attache pictures
Any idea of how to fix this?

Are you using Google Chrome and Windows 10?
If so, which version of Chrome?
I have 2 users so far that have the same issue and will no longer search past a month or, just does not search. All ok on Windows 8.1 and an earlier version of Chrome.
