Recently we are having Fax issues saying the poor line connection error for a single site only. Please help me out with the issue.
ServiceProvider --> SIP server--> VG MGCP ---> FAX

Did you recently move the connection from a traditional analog fax line to a SIP based analog port? It could be the fax machine itself. Certain models and types have incompatibility with VoIP-to-analog adapters (specifically Konica-Minolta).

It's not moved recently. These model devices are working well in other locations.
