We are having cases where Web-ex productivity tools plugin is disabled or becomes inactive in outlook and the Web-ex buttons disappear from outlook.
We run on CWMS 2.5
Productivity tool version - 2.82.5010.11
ptolkadd.dll - 27.2014.1.15
Outlook 2013
Have tried:
Re-enable or re activate the plugin
Re-install the Prod tools plugin
Recreate users windows profile
Registry edit to force Outlook to enable the plugin.
Uninstall and reinstall outlook
By performing above some user's issue is fixed temporarily and some permanently.
