CiscoIOSTspLite is not working

I need a solution to call directly the ip phone from outlook. CiscoIOSTspLite implement this for CMexpress.

But, when you reboot the PC (W-XP) the TAPI device is not present.

Some time by removing and add the service (in the modem->advanced menu) the device appear again.

But some time NOT!

is really annoying this situation,

conclusion : CiscoIOSTspLite is not usable

Check out the IP Blue Softphone. It works with CME since it is a skinny softphone. I tried the CME TSP and I really was disappointed with the Microsoft Dialer as a softphone (it sucked).
