cloud webex conference limitations

I am on webex WBS29.13.20 cloud based and it looks to me from my research we can only have 500 participants in a conference? I noticed what i found said 1000 VOIP only but it looked like that was aimed a PC based only? Not VOIP phones?  My upper management is asking for 1000 participants. Any Ideas on how to work around the limitations?

Yes - 500 for Audio only and 1000 for webex audio (which is PC based)

Just to let you know. I called and upped the licenses to 1000 from 500. Thanks!
