Hi,
I have a call manager express with a 4 ports analog card and a unity express modules. I want to have the Unity auto attendant as default when I receive a call on any of my 4 analog line. I see lot of info on how to set an ivr auto attendant. Right now I could access the auto attendant greeting from any voip phone but I can't fiugre out what to do to force it on all incoming call.
Thanks a lot
Frederic

Frederic,
Where do your incoming calls go at the moment ?
If you use "connection plar" under your voice port, then you should be able to point it to the number you have configured for the auto attendant.

Hi!
Maybe this would help you:
1. make a translation rule: any number transform to ivr pilot number
2. make a translation profile
3. apply translation profile to all voice-port (incoming direction)
Like this:
voice translation−rule 1
rule 1 /.*/ /ivr pilot number/
!
voice translation−profile profile1
translate calling 1
!
voice-port x/y
translation−profile incoming profile1

Phil,
I just test the connection plar and it work perfectly. I also tried the translation but without succeess. I don't know why they don't talk about it in the documentation but thank you very much.
