I have a CME, 12.3(14)T3 and the primary line can change ringtone fine, but not non-primary lines. Complains about not able to find a distinctiveringlist.xml.
We copied ringlist.xml to distinctiveringlist.xml and no luck.
Any ideas?

Following up to my own post...
Got this fixed. the phoneload originally on phones was 5.06 and upgrading them to 6.05 cleared up this issue.

Hi guys,
I got the same problem with IP Phone 7940 and i fixed this issue creating cnf-files and reseting the phone.
Make sure you have distinctiveringlist.xml RingList.xml files in the router.

I didn´t upgrade the phones.
You should check first on your CME if you have distinctiveringlist.xml RingList.xml files. Then you go to telephony-service set creating cnf-files and reset the IP Phone.
