Please can u tell me if the CME is integrated on the ios image c2801-spservicesk9-mz.124-3e.bin. If it is the case how to active CME

Not sure if it's on that exact image, but there is an easy way to tell. Config Term on the router, do a ?, see if you have a command come back named Telephony-Service. This is the CME subsystem.

Yes, CME is included in feature set IPVOICE and above. To enable for a quick start phone system, enter config t then telephony service setup and answer the questions.
