CMS Webbridge3 certificate verification error

have you ever encountered verification error on webbridge3? My self signed cert works on webadmin and callbridge though.

 I feel like its the problem due to the Root Certificate.

Can you tell what in the root cert is the problem? I used it on the cucm and exp aside from the cms. it seems fine until here.
