I am attempting to install Unity 3.1.5 into a new AD/Exch2K location and the Configuration Setup utility fails when attempting to authenticate the installation account. I have successfully run the Permissions Wizard and have verified that the account has the proper Exchange permissions but I still get an invalid password message.
Any suggestions?

Your note said "install" not upgrade to Unity 3.1.5, but I found this earlier post from one of Cisco's excellent reps on this forum and thought maybe it would help?

Thanks, but this is a fresh install. The password I am being prompted for is the "Installer" account, which I had just logged into the OS with.
