I am attempting to configure Spark Call Aware and Connect to integrate Spark with my on-prem CUCM deployment.
everything seems ok with the call connector and my Expressway C is registered with Spark cloud and it is running but when i attempt to set up call aware for an end user i get the following error message:
Directory URI: Not found
and when i expand the error I see
The user is not configured with a primary directory number
I have configured the Spark Remote Device in CUCM and that has a DN and the spark URI as the destination address and the user account has the Spark RD as the controlled device. Clearly I am doing something wrong but I cannot see what it is.
Does anyone have some insight into what i could be missing.

Did you resolve this? If so what was the issue? I'm getting the same results. thank you..
