Hi,
I am trying to configure a VOIP link between 2 sites over an E1 connection.There is a PBX on each site. Has anybody got any good configuration examples using TCCS signalling.

Please be wary of clocking on the PBXs. Also, there is only one debug that will be your friend to determine what is going on on the IP leg:
debug tccs signalling
debug tccs ?

What is your topology? Is it just
PBX<--TCSS--->PBX
what is the PBX? Is it an IP PBX, TDM PBX? You will not carry VoIP traffic over the TCCS, in order to convert TDM signalig such as T1 TCSS into VoIP protocol you need a Gateway, either H.323 or MGCP.
If these are 2 legacy TDM PBXs you will need to connect the PBX to a GW and then connect the GW to WAN/MAN, something like this:
PBX<-->GW<-->WAN/MAN<-->GW<-->PBX, in this case you don't need the TCSS but a data connection.
