I have a lot of prompts recorded in 64 kbps (g711) format that I now need to convert for 8 kbps (g729) format. Is there a way, or a tool that will allow me to do that. I tried Windows Sound Recorder, but there is no way to compress files there.

Chris,
You can use the Set WAV Format tool in the Unity Tools Depot.
Hope this helps.

You can just drop your file to the DropMOHAudioSourceFilesHere folder on the callmanager and one of the converted files will be in g729 format.

That is exactly what I had done, I completely forgot that the service builds different format wav files. Thanks guys for your help.
