I cannot seem to get my client to go ONLINE When I log onto the client I get a warning that the CTI System is offline and that the logon has been queued. Below is the information from the CTIOS Server.

First of all, run ctitest to talk to the CTI server and make sure that you can log in to the CTI server OK. The CTI Object Server sits as a layer above this (as you probably know).
Next, make sure that the CTI OS is correctly binding to the CTI server - look at the CTI OS Driver trace. Have you correctly identified the CTI Server host and port? Do you have redundant CTI Servers? Both specified?

You may also want to verify you have full control rights to the HKCU/Software/Cisco Systems and HKLM/Software/Cisco Systems registry keys.

Are you speaking from the client rights or from the server rights?
