Thank you, Roger . I wrote incorrect information .

I agree with you. Translation pattern used for outgoing call too.

Regarding to question from topicstarter:

Translated Pattern used for digit manipulation.

Route Pattern used for making call.

First - digit manipulation , then route call.

"CUCM uses translation patterns to manipulate digits before forwarding a call ... "  from https://www.ciscopress.com/articles/article.asp?p=1745737&seqNum=3

i beg your pardon all - for yesterday incorrect message

There are no priority between different configuration elements in CM when number analysis is evaluating what to use to route a call. All of these are in the same table more or less. What influence the order is the best match and then order of partitions within the calling search space.

Hi ,

Translations Patterns are used first for incoming calls to CUCM.

You can easy check it whithout documentation )

P.S. for outgoing calls translation patterns not used

I challenge both of your statements. Translation patterns can definitely be used for outbound calls. We do that for 0 (zero) prefix dial to convert to +E.164. Also for inbound calls there are no absolute priority for translation patterns to always be used first.
