I would like to know if anyone encountered this issue before: On a CUCM Cluster (version 11.5.1.11900-26) every node shows (only) entries in the System Logs like this:
Mmm dd hh:mm:ss <CUCM-SERVERNAME> Error ccm : myFile is NULL for filename /var/log/active/syslog/AlternateSyslog
(Local) Syslog files aren't filled with real loginfo except this error message.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Was it ever working?
ANy other symptoms?
Have you tried running RTMT as Admin?
Have you tried restarting RTMT services?

I have this issue in two customers
one with 11.5(1)SU2 and the second with 11.5(1)SU3
I hope u find the solution for that cause meanwhile the RTMT going to blowup

Interestingly enough when I run file view activelog syslog/AlternateSyslog
from the CLI, the file exists. Though we're still not any closer to figuring this one out.

We are also seeing this ERROR in RTMT SysLog Viewer under System Logs. Were are running 11.5.1.13902-2 (SU3), and were running 11.5.1(SU2) prior but don't recall seeing the problem in SU2, at least not with the frequency they are happening now with SU3.
Interested to see if someone has found a resolution to this problem.

According to CSCvb41393, this bug is only known to impact releases 10.5(2.17900.9) and 11.5(1.11900.26). I can confirm that release 11.5.1.12900-21 is also impacted.

This will be a good chance to waking up Cisco for treating the issue.
