Hi,
Cisco Integrated Services Router (ISR) is a hardware platform that provides many different features such as WAN connectivity, Security, Unified Communication and so on. Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) is one of the licensed feature of ISR and it is used for SIP Trunk connectivity with Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) for voice communication.
