DLU to UCL

Hi,

I have and old CUCM ver 7.x with about 1000 DLU license, i am in the process of migrating to BE6000 ver 11.x

Please i will like to ask the following:

- I have read so many post on UCT and LCT tools for migrating DLUs, but seems not to be relevant anymore as the path to download tool appear not to exist anymore. How do i go about converting  DLU to UCL licenses?

- if converting DLU to UCL is possible, while purchasing a BE6000, i am still entitled to starter bundle (BE6K-START-PRO35)?

Hi Alex,

If you have started the process of ordering and migrating to 11.x then you can open a case with Licensing team by emailing them at licensing@cisco.com and they can guide you through the entire license migration process.
