Before opening a TAC case on this, can someone take a look at this swf file?
The customer sent me the following:
"The .swf files were created in Adobe Creative Suite 5.0, so I don’t know if “the software is creating the correct type”. "
Unfortunately I do not have a 4310 to test with.
The customer is hardware limited to DMM 5.2.2
Problem is that the customer has a lot of 4400's that the swf work just fine on, but they want to move forward with 4310's is possible.
any help is appreciated.

Hi Richard,
I checked in our lab and got the same results as you did: working on a 4400, not on a 4310.
Is this flash encoded using flash 10?
If so, I believe what we see is expected since flash 10 is supported on the 4400 but not (yet) on the 4310.
Regards,
Nicolas

We found that anything above Flash 7 or Flashlite 3.1 would crash our 4310s. Additionally, the 4310 does not support ActionScript 3, whereas the 4400 does. The 4310 supports only ActionScript 2.
