Verify that the URL for Extension Mobility under IP Phone Services is exactly as follows. This string is case sensitive.
http://IP Address/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

Is the Apache service on CCM running?

its working now thanx alot for your help.
but whoever call a "loged off" extension mobility user , gets a fast busy tone.
how can we divert all calls targeting a "logged off" user, to lets say the operator, or to get a "not available message"
what do think the most practical action to take for this case.
thanx alot

You can configure Forward No Answer for the DN of the Device Profile to forward calls to voicemail, the operator, etc.

you said: Forward No Answer, but its not the case, its directly giving Fast Busy when the user is logged off, what do you think might be a solution?
Thanks.

Sorry, I just tested and it's actually the Forward Busy field that needs to be populated. If Forward Busy is empty and the user is logged out, you get a fast busy.
