Extension Mobility - Users not logged in

Hi,

Can someone help me to solve the following:

I've configured EM feature according to the guide on the web.

May problem is that when a user selects Services/Login on the phone he/she can write any username/pin combination he/she will not logged in.

After pressing Submit a screen appears with "Please Sign On", there are only two options Update and Exit.

I'm using CM 3.1(3a) and Applications 2.2(2), I've integrated the CM with Active Directory, maybe it's relevant.

Hi,

I had the same problem.

Reinstall the JTAPI-Plugin on your EM-Server (should be your Call-Manager).

You find the JTAPI-Plugin at the Plugin-Website at your Call-Manager.
