FXO-M1 - "From Unknown CallerID"

When I call inside... FXO-M1 card get Caller ID number ... but I still have message: "From Unknown CallerID"...

Is it OK? Or I have some other options?

Are you using H.323 or MGCP to connect to call manager. Even if you have fxo-m1 callerid still does not work with MGCP. If you are using H.323 it should work but might not come on the first ring. Also make sure you have callerid enable under the voice port.

Does it releated CUCM version, we use cucm 6.1 and voice gw router , caller-id is enabled voice-card interface but we can not see analog calling number,
