Dear all,
kindly i need to know what is recommended protocol to be used in an enterprise network structure
H323 or MGCP & what are the advantages of each.

H.323 gives you full flexibility and features.
MGCP was supposed to simplify things, but turned into something often unstable with too many obscure commands and feature limitations.
Others can tell you otherwise, but these are simple facts.
