Hide Number when external calling

Hi,

Does anyone know how to hide to a costumer the number where I'm calling from? I'm using CCM 3.3 and I've tryed with an External Phone Number Mask but its not working.

There is several places you can do this, one of which is the "External Phone Number Mask" at line level. Did you reset the phone after aplying the change?

Sometime the telco providers do not allow you to override the CLI, perhaps that's what you are experiencing. Call them and ask.

What kind of a gateway are you using?

I'm using an H323 Gateway and I've reseted the phone but nothing happens.

I'm trying to hide and international call so perhaps that is the issue.

I'll phone the provider and see if I can get some help.

u can restrict the number within the gateways option
