How to create IVR on Unity

Dear All,

 

Recently, got request from my management, they wanted to build the IVR setup for help-desk team , So please help me to create to setup the IVR for help-desk team,

 

Please share me all the necessary configuration details OR if have any best article so please share me on  urgent basis,

You can use a call handler to do this. use the digit input during the playing of the prompt to make it like and IVR.

Hi Viru,

For IVR in unity, you need to configure auto attendant. PLease refer the links in the below thread for configuration:
