Recently, got request from my management, they wanted to build the IVR setup for help-desk team , So please help me to create to setup the IVR for help-desk team,
Please share me all the necessary configuration details OR if have any best article so please share me on urgent basis,

You can use a call handler to do this. use the digit input during the playing of the prompt to make it like and IVR.
