How to record G.729 prompts for uploading to IPCC

How should I record or convert a prompt so I can upload it through "prompt management" in IPCC ?

(I use G.729)

The CRS admin guide says I can record it with windows Sound Recorder and I have to save it as G.729!!

But I don't have the G.729 choice !?

Or maybe someone knows if there is a way to convert plain .wav files to the G.729 format?

Just found out, I can get the format to G729 by uploading a wav file the same way that is needed to upload a new MOH source in CM.

CM then creates for me a file in G729, that I can upload through prompt management on the IPCC server!!
