Has anyone done this? I've worked with Nortel Meridian 1s before, but, haven't worked with their c.o. switches. Not sure if it's the same idea (i.e.: ACD DNs and CDNs, etc.). Any insight into how one goes about integrating ICM with the DMS, in a call center environment, would be greatly appreciated.

There used to be a GED for it, perhaps if you contact your account team at Cisco they can get hold of one and forward it.
We have integrated the DMS 100 successfully using the GED. It works in a similar way to the Meridian (you use the compucall link to integrate).
