Users have DID. When user is on a call and second call comes in they want it to roll to voicemail. No problem.
However, when a call comes in thru the switchboard and then transferred to them, if they are on a call, they want that transferred call to ring back to the operator. Can this be done?
you can set different fwna on internal/external in ccm4.1 (but that is on new-product-hold..)
If your "switchboard" is a 3rd party CTI application, they might be able to take the call back on a timer which is shorter than the fwna timer.
