Installing ccm 3.3(3) subsciber service release Sr4a failure

Hi,

CCM 3.3(3) one cluster with publisher(with IPCC 3.1(2) installed on pub) and one subscriber . I installed ccm3.3(3)sr4a on Publisher successfully, but failed in installing in subscriber callmanager.

Here is the log information:

GlassHouse value returned as ERROR

LocalServerName value returned as ERROR

LocalIP value returned as ERROR

NodeName value returned as ERROR

CCM DB value returned as ERROR

Could someone tell me which is the reason and how to solve this?

Make sure that the Subscriber's host and lmhost files and updated with the entries for the Publisher.

Also make sure that you are providing the proper passwords.
