I am installing a new MCS 7845 (two physical drivers). Disk 1 (Hardware detection) called for Disk 3 and at the end of it, Error #1838, "Script contains an invalid drive number" message appeared, and the process stopped.
Anybody know what cause this error? I am going to install IPCC on this server. this error will cause any issue with IPCC application?
Many thanks

Bug ID CSCdy66516
Workaround:
Reboot the system with OS CD and run again, plus the second CD.
If the error is not seen after the second attempt and:
1) if the RAID configuration is correct (2 RAID 1 logical drives)
2) if the F: drive exists and has a VOLUME label of "Trace"
then the configuration is valid and correct.

Hi agopala
I reintalled agin but the error message still appeared.
I only have two physical drivers (34G), is it a issue?
Thanks a lot
