I am using ccm 3.2 (c). I was able to configure and test 7940 for the Call Pickup feature, but since 7910 and softphones dont have those feature soft keys i.e. More etc. I was unable to use it on 7910 and IP softphones. Is there a way that I can use call pickup on 7910s and sogtphones ?
Thanx

On the 7910 Phones, you have to change the default template.
There are six buttons (messages, speed 1, etc.) which you can configure.
also with pickup functionality.
We are not using Cisco softphone.
We are using Softphone by IP Blue www.ipblue.com
This phone acts like a 7960 phone, and is the same configuration on the ccm.

Hi,
Yes you were right. I modified the default teomplate, and is working now. Thanks
Softphone by IP Blue, that you mentioned is that freeware or needs licenses. I am asking as I wanted to test it for our purposes first.

Do you know whether or not IPBLue has their problem with the Cisco VPN Client fixed? I'd heard earlier that their softphone would not work with the Cisco VPN client and have been waiting for their next software release.

They have checkboxes for Cisco VPN Clients in their config.
My colleaque tested via remote location and he was using softphone IP Blue.
Do you know which troubles they have?
