I have block 1900 and 1976 from my callmanager to prevent abuse, are there other codes that I should block. What about 809? How about the 20 other splits of 809? I just got some spam about 809 area codes being used to scam people like 1900 numbers. But Im not 100% sure I should block 809.

I've never heard of the 809 area code being a problem so I did some research and came up with this link:

Basically, it says that everything regarding the 809 is basically true. With that in mind, as with any good access list, block it. Once all the changes have been made (and as a good practice) I would let your users know what you have blocked, that way if they have a legitimate 809 (there are some) number then you can fix it for them as opposed to them getting frustrated at the phone system.

Take a look at the following site. It list all of the area codes controlled by the North American Numbering Plan Administration.
Hope this helps.
