Hi
In our CM we have CSF devices with status:
Registered (User1 4445 XXXXX-DP SIP Registered with 10.10.200.11 10.10.100.128)
Unregistered (User2 5458 XXXXX-DP SIP Unregistered 10.10.24.77)
None (User3 4915 XXXXX-DP SIP None None)
In all three cases the devices works fine
Why some devices are registered or unregistered or none?
Is it something that should be paid attention?
Thanks
Jorge

Hi,
In your case, the IM & Presence functionality will work fine on all three devices but not the Softphone functionality. When Cisco Jabber acts as Softphone then it must be registered with CUCM to make or receive calls. Check with User 2 and User 3 whether they are able to use Cisco Jabber as Softphone.
