Hello,
I have deployed Expressway E&C successfully. Everything seems fine internally, E and C Sip status is reachable. But when I try to login from outside of the corporate network Jabber says: you cannot log in out of corporate network. All DNS records have been added. EXP-e is in dual-nic mode. I tested 5066 and 7001 ports are open for Expressway, but generally I did static ip mapping through nat.
What can be a problem? Any clue to solve this problem?
Thank you

Hi,
Please ensure that your config is in place as per the following

Yes there is PTR record for EXP-e in internal DNS.

If the config is in place as per the config/deployment guides then the next thing that we need to check is the Diagnostic logs from Expressway for a failed login.

Ok, this is the one that you can use to cross-check
