Hi all,
I have CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Contact Center Express. Contact center express is used for routing incoming call to group of agents, if there is no agent available then the call is routed to Voicemail. The agents need to be notified by MWI. Does anybody have an idea?

Either configure a mailbox or a call handler and set the users who need MWI as notification devices.

Another option would be to use a Dispatch Message-style distribution list. This works particuarly well with call center-style departments.
