Cisco CallManager Serviceability Real-Time Monitoring Tool, a client tool, monitors
real-time behavior of the components in a Cisco CallManager cluster. RTMT uses HTTP and
TCP to monitor device status, system performance, device discovery, and CTI applications.
It also connects directly to devices by using HTTP for troubleshooting system problems.
To install this, go to http:///ccmadmin
then go to application > install plugins. then select Cisco CallManager Real-Time
