MOS alerts to Display on CUOM Fault Monitor

Hi,

How can we configure to view MOS threshold related Alerts on CUOM Fault Monitor Portal.

As of now it is showing on Administration >> Miscellaneous (System Settings) >> Service Quality Alerts.

What is CUOM version u are using ? I was just going through CUOM 8.6 and have a look in table 3-33

Do u get option of Phone View Portlets under Diagnostics Tab which includes UC phone Service Quality Event summary attributes?

Hi Sir,

I am using CUOM 8.7, I have gone though the User Guide, however, it does not tell me how to get the alerts on Fault Monitor Portal.

I am not getting the Phone View Portlets under Diagnostics Tab which includes UC phone Service Quality Event summary attributes? I have attached the portlets list I am getting.

Just to inform you that, we are not using Sensors, we are using CVTQ.

can u please try entering Service Quality Event in Search in the snapshot as attached by you?
