New 7960/7940 6_0_5.Phone Load

I am trying to run the exe for the 6_0_5 7940/7960 phone load and I am getting a "DBConnection0 registry not found" set up will not continue - error - can anyone help me with this.

Are you running it on your CallManager server? It's intended to be run on each server in your cluster offering TFTP services. It can't be run on your workstation or anywhere else. If you're getting that error when running it on one of your CallManager servers, you have pretty big problems and you need to call TAC.

where r u running this exe file on the pub or the sub ,also can u try the .zip package for this load ,that is manually unzip the load files and place them on the tftppath folder and then try to upgrade this load on particular phone ,by mentioning the load file name on the device configuration page for that phone under phone load name and see whether that upgrade the load on the phone or not .
