Hello Team,
We are facing NTP issues on the Webex room kit devices. Setting as Manual and giving the IP address for NTP servers.(tried auto, but no help)
But after a restart it showing as "Time Server Not Reachable" and the NTP settings reverted back to "Auto"
Any suggestions on this...

Has it worked before or is it a new issue? What type of communication does your NTP service use, Directed Broadcast or Unicast. The Webex devices does not support any other type of NTP communication than Unicast.

Hello Roger,
It is using Unicast, but still the same.
It was working fine before and at that time it was set as auto.

Anything in the way that could block the traffic, such as a firewall? Has there been any changes made that could affect this?

Got it.. the NTP details given in the device pool of the device (Date & Time group) is configured with different one than for unicast IP. After changing that it is working fine.
