some days ago our state telecom operator closed standard VOIP ports (17xx,506x) and now all my devices are not working. Is there a way to change VOIP ports at my devices to any other from non-blocked range? I told to my wholesaler operator - his GK can work at other ports - all we need is to change ports at devices.
Hope to get positive answer

You cannot change the port numbers of your VOIP devices. They are all fixed.

You could always encapsulate in GRE. As long as they aren't blocking that you could get through.

Try putting the port number at the end of the GK entry on the config page. I think the format is 192.168.101.1.1800, but it might be 192.168.101.1:1800 to use port 1800. Not sure how to change the ports used once the call gets started though.
You might want to file a complain with the public utilities commision and your attorney general for unfair and anti-competitive practices. Unless your contract or AUP with the telco expressly forbids doing voip, they cannot legally block it.
