Hello, try the next command:
voice-card 0
no dsp services dspfarm
If you have the same problem after this command, try a "test dsp" command to see if all DSPs are OK.

Hi,
I'm working with Philippe regarding this issue.
We tried the following command :
no dsp services dspfarm.
Issue seems to be the same.
Result of "show voice dsp" is empty (our voice and signalling group are empty).
Result of "show voice dsp details" seems to indicate that DSPs are presents and ok. We saw all our DSPs.
Result of command "sh voice dsp slot 0" indicates that all our DSPs are included in a group called : FLEX_GROUP_VOICE.
Is there any way to map this kind of DSP group to our interface or controller?
Thanks in advance for your help
Best regards,
Fabien.

Try the command "test dsp
With this command you can show the dsp status.
I'm thinking that it has to be a hardware problem with the DSPs or the E1 card.
Some months ago, I had a similar problem with an NM-HDV-1E1-30 and the problem was solved replacing the network module.
Do you have another router to see if the problem is the same?

Try moving your E1 card to slot 2, and configure it there. I was getting the same issue (using a T1 MFT card) when it was in slot 0. However I did not get the message when using slot 2.
If this helps, please rate the post.
Thanks!

I had the same problem, try this command:
network-clock-participate wic 1 - substitute 1 for the relevant module

Hi,
I had exactly the same problem.
Moved E1 Controller into slot 2 and that resolved the issue. I was able to configure the PRI!
network-clock-participate wic 2
controller E1 0/2/0
pri-group timeslots 1-31
Seems to be a problem with the 2801 and Slot0 having a 2MFT-E1 in it.
