Hello!
We have a problem using QRT Viewer. Every time we have to run a query we got the following error:
"Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a138f'.
Pressing the QRT softbutton the error seems to be logged in the server regarding the log files.

CSCed54660 - strError on GetLogs for IP Phone Problem Reporting
Symptom:
When trying to get logs for IP Phone Problem Reporting by choosing:
CCM Serviceability -> Tools -> Phone Problem Reports Viewer -> GetLogs
a strError received and Logs can not be shown:
strError1 :
An error occurred during your query.
Error Code = 0x-7ff7fffb.
Error Description = 006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~Server
execution failed .

The above bug was closed because it was found that when the IIS service was
restarted the error was not seen again, and hence it was unreproducible. But if
in your case it does not solve the problem, please try rebooting the Callmanager server.

Hi!
If i restart the IIS service or restart the server then it works for a while and the problem happens again.
It's not a solution to reboot the server every day.
Don't you know any fix which solves this problem in the long run?
