Grant,
Im trying to get supervise forward (if forwarded party doesnt pickup within X rings back to Unity VM).
Can I set the number of rings for forwarded calls in CM so if the call was forwarded to a cell phone, it could come back to Unity before the cell phone VM picked up?
Or
Can I do the supervise transfer through the Unity subscriber page? this seem to only work for calls transferred through the directory handler
Thanks..

You can set this up in Unity but the number of rings in callmanager has to be longer than you have configured for the subscriber in unity. If it is not then callmanager forward the call and unity will not maintain control. So make sure forwardnoanswertimeout service parameter is longer than number of rings you set in unity.
Thank you,

Yes this works..but is there a way to let the users administer this? They can't input the number for Forward no answer in the ccmuser page.
They can do CfwdAll...but can you change the timeout for that?
