Users must dial a 5 digit pin at the end of the number to make long distance calls. However, the Directory of placed calls shows employee's PIN as part of the string. Does anyone see a way around this?

There is a very old phone load (came with 3.0) that nicely hides the user pin by replacing it with the prefix digits of the route pattern. Bad news, phone load does not work with CCM3.2. We currently have a case open requesting this "feature" be added back... maybe with enough requests we can get a custom phone load written for PIN and "security risk" applications involving placed calls directory.

D408949 - Current status is waiting to hear if a Cisco DE can write a custom phone load...
